A flat shipping fee of AED 20 applies to every order, shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days after your order is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays.
When your order ships, we will send tracking details to the email address you used at checkout.
Address and missed deliveries
Please check your delivery address and phone number before you place your order. If a courier cannot reach you, they may contact you to rearrange delivery. Orders that cannot be delivered because of a wrong address or repeated missed deliveries may be returned to us, and a new shipping fee may apply to send them again.
