This website is operated by 16/2 ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We try to show our products, colours and prices accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown by mistake, and will refund you in full if we do. All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED).
Some products are available only to people with a valid invite or access code. Codes are for personal use and may not be sold or posted publicly. We may withdraw access to anyone who misuses a code.
Members earn a reward for qualifying referrals as described on their profile page (currently a 200 AED Amazon gift card for every 10 qualifying orders placed with their code). Orders by the code owner themselves do not count. We may change or end the programme, and we may withhold rewards if we suspect fraud or misuse.
The 16/2 community, including the Members directory and the Board, is for verified members. You are responsible for what you post. Be respectful. Do not post spam, adverts, hateful, illegal or private information about others. We may remove content or members at our discretion. Your display name, personality type and anything you choose to show in your profile may be visible to other members.
The 16/2 name, designs, text and images belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UAE consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
